1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 This section briefly describes about the formats for preventive maintenance which are adopted by the power utilities for various sub-station equipments.

2.0 MAINTENANCE FORMATS

2.1 Preventive maintenance activities have to be properly documented on the formats given in this section. Test results are to be compared with the factory test results / pre-commissioning / previous test results or acceptable / permissible limits as given under Section 7. Reasons for not carrying out any test/inspection activity may be written clearly in the remarks column counter signed by the concerned sub-station incharge. The maintenance formats are given in (Annexure 1-12).
